Stations are where rail journeys begin and end. Most of the time there are no problems, but assaults on station staff are rising. We hear from Network Rail and Group Security about what can be done to minimise the risk and the harm.

RED 60 also features Sara Sherrard, whose mother Pricilla Tropp died after falling at Mill Hill Broadway. We learn how the operator improved their processes as a result and what we can all do to help in these situations.

This programme also covers:

• Crowd management
• The Rail to Refuge initiative

Warning: this programme contains scenes some viewers may find distressing.
