New standard RIS-7773-INS Infrastructure Gauging Data Format that establishes an industry agreed structure for the commonly used data fields to ensure a consistent application in the exchange of infrastructure gauging data.
Update to the RSSB Operational Concept for the Mainline Railway the methodology for testing whether any proposal for rules change is within the scope of the rules (GERT8000 and other NOPs), it is a key statement of what must be included in the rules.
Changes to RIS-3703-TOM Passenger Train Dispatch and Platform Safety Measures and RIS-7016-INS Interface between Station Platforms, Track, Trains and Buffer Stops as a result of a Rail Accident Investigation Branch (RAIB) recommendation report for a person struck by a train at Eden Park station, the appendix covering the design and position of platform edge markings, yellow lines and tactile was removed from RIS 3703-TOM and rewritten as requirements, rationale, and guidance published in RIS-7016-INS
Update to RIS-2700-RST Issue 2 Verification of Conformity of Engineering Change to Rail Vehicles reissued with some minor revisions, two new templates have been included to provide a suggested format for Attestation Statements and a review of the terminology and aspects against current legislation and standards framework has been undertaken.
