This webinar will cover:

An introduction to the People on Trains and Stations Risk Group (PTSRG) and our associated committees, who will explain how these groups can support the industry to provide a safer and more efficient railway that is aligned with the wider LHSBR strategy.

The chance to hear about; a new collaborative working concept being led by British Transport Police at some of our larger stations; and the passenger handling best practice that came from the recent Commonwealth Games, sharing how this can be applied to managing all special events on our network.

Finally, we shared the action the industry is taking on passenger welfare and dignity during emergency incidents following the tragic death of a passenger after a fall in 2018. We were humbled to welcome Sara Sherrard, passenger campaigner to lead us through this session.
